75cl / 13.5% – Assyrtiko and Santori are intertwined with the volcanic soils and sea breezes of the island giving character to the grape itself. The Argyros Estate was founded in 1903 and they own some of the oldest Assyrtiko vines on the island. This has notes of wet stones, white pear and citrus.On the palate this wine is deliciously dry with lemon zest, white flowers and citrus rind with that classic salty finish. A perfect wine for freshly roasted seabass or fried white bait.
