Description

Although big is not always beautiful in terms of wine production, this merry collective of a thousand growers in Gascony, has become the largest and probably the most respected producer of quality, everyday quaffing wines in south-west France. Les Producteurs Plaimont was born in 1979, with Adnams being one of the first to discover this growers co-operative, shipping their earliest endeavours in 1983; and every subsequent vintage since. Our earliest shipments were of their single varietal Colombard, which to this day remains an all-time, value-for-money favourite. At the other end of the spectrum, we are very pleased to offer two of their rarest creations, made in strictly limited quantities. Both will need to be squirrelled away for a handful of years before showing their true pedigree.
