They’re 100% natural, without ice glaze or additives and are from the same tuna as our maguro sashimi tuna. Pan-frying or grilling on the bbq will get the best results. My favourite method for these tuna steaks is to marinate them in lime juice and Jamaican jerk seasoning before frying on a really high heat to blacken and seal, leaving the middle pink.
